Dr. Armeanthea Blanco-Knezovich shares her focus as a mom, a health care provider, and a business owner. My Commissary Kitchen provides certified kitchen services to culinary professionals. As a business that is just starting out in the midst of COVID-19 changes, they have had to pause opening during this time. Dr. Blanco-Knezovich shares her perspective and that our number one priority is for everyone to stay healthy.

So I go to work and I see people who are sick, and I’m grateful to come home and everyone is healthy. So, yes, there are a lot of plans that are changing, but first and foremost priority for everyone is that we get through this and stay healthy.”
