NABORFORCE
Naborfoce is an organization supporting our senior communities. They work to provide social engagement and on-demand support for errands, transportation and help around the home. Because they directly connect with those who are most at risk to COVID-19, they have had to halt their in-person operations and create new avenues to still connect and support their clients. Check out their new movement Kindnessgram, as a way for the community to engage and let our seniors know we are here for them.
“We decided since we can’t necessarily be there for everybody in the community, that maybe we can pull the community in to support our seniors. So we launched this new movement called Kindnessgram. Folks can go in and download this little note that they just put on a senior’s door or somebody that’s at-risk in the neighborhood, offering to be there for them and help them so that they don’t feel so isolated.”
